Tim Lee

A teacher, preacher, motivational speaker, actor, comedian, producer and mentor, Tim Lee is the Founder and Senior Facilitator of Next Level Enrichment.

Tim Lee is a licensed Baptist Minister and served as pastor of children and youth for 12 years. In addition to his personal and professional career, he serves as a community activist. He consults with The Rainbow PUSH Coalition, where he was active in building the youth division, Y.E.S. (Youth Excelling in Service) and the performing arts component of the PUSH STEAM Initiative. Tim is also a proud graduate of comedy and improv from the Second City Training Center in Chicago, IL.

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Tim Lee has worked with Millennials and Gen Zers for the life of his professional career. He also has years of experience in the fields below:

Tim Lee holds a BA in English and an M.Div degree. He is the author of one book, The Boy Who Loved Butterflies But Hated Caterpillars.

Aremu Mbande

Aremu Mbande is an educator committed to the intellectual, psychological, and cultural wellness of young people. He graduated from Howard University with a degree in psychology, currently manages the African-American Male Resource Center at Chicago State University, and is a doctoral student at UIC studying educational psychology with a focus on African-American teaching methods. 

Natima Jones

Natima Jones is a Community Engagement Coordinator focused on connecting people with resources for the betterment of their lives. In teaching life skills, financial literacy made fun, and developing futuristic aspirations, Natima has over 10 years of Youth Professional Development and Human Services, 5 years of Nonprofit Management, 10 years of Financial and Corporate services, and 23 years of Community Mentoring and Volunteerism.

LaToya Ransom

LaToya studied vocal classical music for 9 years with some of the finest vocal teachers in South Carolina, including Myra Cordell at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities. 


LaToya has went on to open shows for Anita Baker and Trey Songz, perform with the Heritage Signature Chorale at the Carnegie Hall, and travel internationally performing as a lead vocalist with the Original U.S.A. Gospel Singers.

Chris McCrewell

Born in Philadelphia, and studying Music Education at Hampton University, Christopher has always had dreams of performing onstage. He had the opportunity to work at Disney with the a cappella singing group Voices of Liberty and as a Featured Singer with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Some of his favorite theatrical credits include Children of Eden (Father), The Wiz (Lion), Pirates of Penzance (Samuel) and Sister Act.

Velvet Gunn

Chicago Native, Velvet Gunn, (V11VT) is a Multi-Faceted Creative Artist. With over 10 years of Fine Art Leadership and Theater Teaching experience , V11VT has collaborated with several community organizations, both in Chicago and West-Tennessee.


V11VT holds a Bachelor's of Art in Vocal Performance and gained her theater and vocal training from  the Creator of the Chicago Improv Festival. Notable among her accomplishments, V11VT has performed and produced as a Singer/Songwriter, Model, Actress, Playwright and Entrepreneur. 

Andre Fredricks

Andre Fredricks is a college senior completing his studies as a Communications Media Arts and Theatre (CMAT) major with a concentration in Public Relations.

In addition to his studies, Andre has been working hard on creating his future. Juggling multiple projects to lay the foundation for establishing himself as a mogul in the entertainment industries. A Renaissance Man of his day, Andre is a writer, a film maker, a performer, a musician, a poet, an actor, a creative, an event curator, and a mentor. 

Terrell Carter

Min. Terrell W. Carter is a native of the Southside of Chicago, a husband and father. He has served in many capacities in civic and Christian organizations including Youth & currently Digital Pastor. Terrell is committed to sharing the principles of his faith to all, encouraging radical acceptance of self and inspiring all to live a fully expressed life.

Karin Carter

Karin Carter is a fashion mogul. She has been designing clothes professionally for over 10 years. She has her own line which through which she releases products with meaning-- baby's headbands, face masks and designer quality prom gowns for under privileged youth.

Adrian Mercado

Adrian Mercado is a recent college graduate with a degree in Communications Media Arts and Theatre with a Concentration in Public Relations. A leader in his fraternity, Adrian has dedicated much of his time and energy to lifting the next generation of male leaders. He is a freelance graphic designer, a mentor, a creative, and is firmly planting his feet to establish his place as a blogger and social media influencer. . 

Jessica LaShawn

Jessica LaShawn became an entrepreneur at 9 years old. By using her inquisitive nature, she merged education and peer development into a media curriculum that made history repeatedly. 20+ years later she is still changing lives with her passion, purpose, and progress sprinkled with celebrities in schools around the globe. As the founder of the award-winning nonprofit Mogul Academy, Jessica has mentored over 500k youth globally and consulted over 3,000 business owners since 2014.
